Summary

Congenital vaginal agenesis, often part of Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome, requires neovagina creation for sexual function. The Creatsas vaginoplasty offers a safe and effective surgical solution with excellent patient outcomes.
