Peripheral vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HC) exhibit impaired peripheral vascular endothelial function. This systemic vasomotor dysfunction is similar to that observed in patients with advanced coronary artery disease (CAD).
