Summary

Parenteral cyclosporine can cause kidney damage. This study found that Cremophor-EL, a cyclosporine vehicle, significantly impacts cardiac output, blood pressure, and hepatic blood flow in dogs, suggesting a hemodynamic role in allograft dysfunction.
