Phenylephrine attenuates intra-operative hypothermia during spinal anaesthesia

Phenylephrine infusion can prevent core hypothermia during spinal anesthesia by inhibiting body heat redistribution. This treatment maintained higher core temperatures without causing hemodynamic complications in patients undergoing surgery.
