Teaching musculoskeletal physical diagnosis using a web-based tutorial and pathophysiology-focused cases

A new web-based curriculum for teaching the musculoskeletal exam was as effective as the traditional method for first-year medical students. Students were satisfied with the innovative approach and gained a persistent learning resource.
