[Sacral epidural anesthesia as a method in technically complicated abortions].

Epidural-sacral anesthesia effectively facilitated artificial abortions in 102 nulliparous women and 86 with cervical scarring. This anesthesia reduced complications and tissue injury, showing promising results for these patient groups.
