Abstract:
A 78-year-old patient undergoing laparoscopic sigmoid colectomy under accompanying thoracic epidural anesthesia develops post surgically sensorimotor deficits. Initially, the pathogenesis is unclear. Only specific diagnostic tools can identify the underlying causes and enable delayed therapy.
