[Resection of the Distal Ulna by Darrach's Method.]

The authors submit data on a group of 7 patients who were subjected to resection of the distal portion of the ulna according to Darrach's method. The operation was indicated in all patients on account of pain, restricted mobility of the wrist and deformity. The authors confirm that resection of the distal ulna by Darrach's method, when correctly indicated, provides very good results when the patients have systematic rehabilitation after treatment.
