Comparing conventional and wavefront-optimized LASIK for the treatment of hyperopia

Wavefront-optimized LASIK demonstrated faster visual recovery and less residual cylinder compared to conventional LASIK for hyperopia treatment. Both methods were safe and predictable, with a trend towards better contrast sensitivity with wavefront-optimized LASIK.
