['Veneer' plastics of jaw alveolar bone before dental implant placement]

For cases of considerable atrophy of alveolar bone updating method of vinir plastics with iliac crest transplant is offered. The technique of capital GHE, Cyrillic-shaped bone transplant formation is developed. Use of capital GHE, Cyrillic-shaped bone transplant from iliac crest allows increase volume of alveolar part of jaws by height and width. Resorption of bone transplant is reduced by additional use of biomaterials and collagen membrane. Authors received positive results of the delayed implantation after bone plastic.
