Abstract:
During the operation of sinus lifting and occurrence of Schneider's membrane defect in the size no more than 3 mm the technique of its elimination is offered. Anatomic features of structure of maxilla sinus and error of surgical technics can lead to intraoperative rupture of a Schneider's membrane.
