Accurate aortic annulus measurement is crucial for transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). While transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and dual-source computed tomography (DSCT) correlate, TEE offers better reliability and impacts TAVI strategy safely.
