Summary

For ocular cicatricial pemphigoid (OCP), diaminodiphenylsulfone (DAP) showed better initial control than cyclophosphamide (CYC) or azathioprine (AZA). Long-term single-agent therapy also demonstrated DAP and CYC superiority over AZA for OCP management.
