Summary

Moderate hypohydration (HY) does not impair skeletal muscle glycogen resynthesis after exhaustive exercise. Even with reduced muscle water content, glycogen levels recover similarly to euhydration (EU) conditions, indicating hydration status is not critical for this recovery process.
