A simulation-based acute care curriculum for pediatric emergency medicine fellowship training programs

A new simulation curriculum for pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) fellows was developed and integrated, showing high trainee satisfaction with realistic scenarios and effective instruction. Further research is needed to assess educational outcomes.
