Summary

Invasive cervical resorption, a rare cause of tooth loss, can be managed with different treatments. Two cases show successful outcomes using orthodontic eruption with implants or root canal treatment with composite reconstruction.

  • Both treatment approaches, orthodontic eruption with implant restoration and endodontic treatment with composite restoration, demonstrated successful management of invasive cervical resorption.
