Summary

This study compared four commercial assays and a novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for detecting anti-double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) antibodies in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. The Bindazyme assay showed the highest diagnostic accuracy, while SPR offers potential for real-time monitoring.
