ROR1 expression is not a unique marker of CLL

Receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) is found on chronic lymphoid leukaemia (CLL) cells. ROR1 is also prevalent in other non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHLs), particularly mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), suggesting a broader role in lymphoma.
