Summary

A 24-year-old man experienced bladder tamponade and gross hematuria due to a retained gauze foreign body. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Computed Tomography (NMR-CT) revealed the gauze had penetrated the bladder wall, necessitating emergency urological intervention.
