Mindfulness in Motion (MIM): An Onsite Mindfulness Based Intervention (MBI) for Chronically High Stress Work Environments to Increase Resiliency and Work Engagement

    • There is a significant lack of evidence supporting the effectiveness of current workplace interventions for reducing sitting time.
    • This highlights a critical gap in research, given the established health risks associated with prolonged sedentary behavior.
