Abstract:
Patients with cervical radicular lesions present themselves with neck pain and stiffness on the one side and with neurological deficits of radicular distribution on the other side. The most frequent cause is a root compression due to a herniated disk or spondylotic changes of the spine. The management of the patients and the differential diagnosis are discussed.
