3D-FISH on cultured cells combined with immunostaining

Summary

This study presents three variants of combined 3D fluorescence in situ hybridization (3D-FISH) and immunostaining. This technique allows simultaneous visualization of DNA/RNA and protein targets within the cell nucleus, preserving spatial organization.
