Summary
This case study details a large retroperitoneal malignant fibrous histiocytoma in a 75-year-old male. Surgical resection was curative, highlighting surgery as the primary treatment for this rare sarcoma.

- Pathology confirmed storiform-pleomorphic malignant fibrous histiocytoma (pT2B) with hyaline degeneration.
