Circulating LTD4 in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

Circulating Leukotriene D4 (LTD4) levels are significantly elevated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. This inflammatory mediator may play a role in HCC development, particularly in those with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).
