Familial hypercholesterolaemia--report of two cases

Two young female patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia experienced severe cardiovascular complications, including myocardial infarction and aortic stenosis. Autopsy reports revealed extensive coronary artery disease and tendon xanthomas, highlighting the aggressive nature of this genetic condition.
