Alarmingly poor performance in Chlamydia trachomatis point-of-care testing

Point-of-care (POC) tests for Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) showed very low sensitivity in this study. These diagnostic tests are not yet suitable for widespread use in preventing CT spread.
