Abstract:
Cult memberships involve between 2 and 3 million young adults. Ex-cultists present the health care facility with a complexity of both medical and psychological problems. Nursing staff with excellent communication skills and knowledge about adolescents and cults can make accurate assessments of needs and implement effective interventions.
