  • Articulating instruments and a 5-mm optic were utilized.
  • Standard surgical strategy was followed, with data collection on operative time, blood loss, complications, pain, and length of stay.

    • The procedure was successfully completed in 9 out of 10 patients.
    • Mean operative time was 169 minutes with mean blood loss of 113 ml.
    • Patients were discharged early (mean 5.3 days) with no major perioperative complications.
    • Mean postoperative Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain scores were 5.7 pre-discharge and 1.4.

    • Single-incision laparoscopic nephrectomy is a feasible and safe surgical option.
    • The technique yields favorable perioperative and short-term outcomes.
    • This approach is technically more challenging than standard laparoscopy, requiring advanced surgical skills.
