Summary
A rare infantile myofibroma caused severe proptosis in a newborn. This cranio-orbital tumor, though challenging, can be managed with tumor debulking via orbitotomy.

- Lateral orbitotomy is a viable approach for tumor debulking in such cases.
- Despite surgical intervention, the patient experienced a fatal respiratory arrest post-intracranial surgery.
