Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) colitis, a rare condition, was diagnosed in an immunocompetent adult presenting with persistent gastrointestinal symptoms. This case highlights EBV lymphoproliferative disorder as a differential diagnosis for inflammatory bowel disease mimics.
