Abstract:
Multiple neurofibromatosis develops with a plethora of clinical signs and symptoms. Oral manifestations have been reported only in 4% to 7% of the affected persons. Changes in the facial skeleton are sometimes associated with the disease. A rare case of multiple neurofibromatosis with pronounced facial asymmetry and mandibular overgrowth is presented and discussed.
