Lenalidomide: an update on evidence from clinical trials

Lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory drug, shows significant benefits in multiple myeloma (MM) treatment. Combining it with dexamethasone improves survival and progression-free survival (PFS) in both relapsed and newly diagnosed MM patients.
