Is Chiari I malformation associated with fibromyalgia?

Summary
Chiari I Malformation (CIM) is not more common in fibromyalgia (FM) patients than in controls. This study found no significant difference in CIM prevalence, despite overlapping symptoms and higher symptom burden in FM patients.
