Utilization of outpatient health services by Army retirees and spouses

To determine the sources and volumes of outpatient care used by one group of military beneficiaries, a data collection tool entitled the Outpatient Health Care Survey was developed and mailed to 496 Army retirees in southern Texas. This article details the results of that survey based on responses from 262 Army retirees and spouses.
