Summary

Topical Mitomycin C (MMC) can cause severe ocular contact dermatitis in patients with squamous cell carcinoma. Prompt discontinuation and corticosteroid treatment resolved the dermatitis, highlighting the need for careful monitoring during MMC therapy.
