Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 1 (ROCK1) is highly expressed in osteosarcoma. Inhibiting ROCK1 decreases tumor cell growth and increases apoptosis, suggesting ROCK1 as a potential therapeutic target for osteosarcoma.
