Abstract:
The unusual treatment of a microstomia patient who was edentulous in the mandible is described. Impressions and registrations were taken with the help of sectional trays, and the treatment of choice for the final prosthesis was a two-piece, four-implant (BioHorizons)-supported bar overdenture with a connecting middle segment.
