[Plasmapheresis in the therapy of drug-induced toxicoderma]

Immunity status parameters were examined in 50 patients (26 male and 24 female ones) with severe forms of drug-induced toxicoderma whose treatment included traditional antiinflammatory therapy and plasmapheresis. The results evidence a high efficacy of plasmapheresis parallelled by traditional therapy showing immunocorrective effect.
