- In heart failure patients, systolic blood pressure at peak exercise and functional capacity are significantly associated with cardiac sympathetic nerve activity, as indicated by the 123I MIBG washout rate.
- These ETT parameters may serve as non-invasive indicators of cardiac sympathetic dysfunction in heart failure management.
