Summary
This case report details successful orthodontic treatment for a young adult with a Class III malocclusion and crossbite. The use of orthodontic mini-implants and a Pendex appliance achieved stable, satisfactory dental and facial improvements.

- Orthodontic mini-implants provide an effective solution for distalizing the entire lower arch in Class III malocclusions.
