Abstract:
The title compound, [Sn(C(10)H(13))(3)(C(7)H(4)ClO(2))], crystallized with two independent mol-ecules per asymmetric unit. In each mol-ecule, the Sn(IV) atom is four-coordinate and possesses a distorted tetra-hedral geometry. One of the phenyl rings of one molecule is equally disordered over two positions.
