Summary

Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) effectively increased thyroxine (T4) levels in ferrets, while thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) showed delayed effects and side effects. Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) stimulated cortisol release, and dexamethasone suppressed it.
