Background:

Breast carcinoma is the most common internal malignant primary tumor in women.
Cutaneous metastases typically appear on the anterior chest wall.

Observation:

A rare case of breast carcinoma presenting with widespread cutaneous metastases (up to 900 nodules) is described.
Metastases were observed on unusual sites, including the thighs and pelvic region.
The skin lesions exhibited an adenocarcinoma pattern.

Findings:

This presentation expands the known distribution of cutaneous metastases from breast carcinoma.
The patient survived for thirty-five months after the appearance of skin metastases.

Implications:

Unexplained skin nodules require excisional biopsy for diagnosis.
