Using Enzyme-based Biosensors to Measure Tonic and Phasic Glutamate in Alzheimer's Mouse Models

We created a novel glutamate biosensor using enzyme-immobilized capillaries for sensitive detection. This device shows rapid response and a wide linear range, making it suitable for in vivo applications.
