Abstract:
Cystic glandular polyps of the stomach, histologically distinct from hyperplastic and adenomatous polyps, may undergo spontaneous regression. We report their occurrence in a 50-year-old woman with adult celiac disease, an association not previously described. They regressed incompletely when the patient was given a gluten-free diet.
