Summary

Multiple sclerosis (MS) patients show elevated sulfatide levels in cerebrospinal fluid and increased serum IgM antibodies against sulfatide and galactosylceramide (GalCer). Cerebrospinal fluid IgG antibodies against GalCer were detected in some MS patients.
