Learning outcomes in two different teaching approach in nursing education in Iran: e-learning versus lecture

Comparing lecture and e-learning for nursing students in Iran, this study found no significant difference in exam scores. However, students perceived e-learning as enhancing capability and independence, while lectures boosted motivation and perceived effectiveness.
