Immunodeficiencies in children with chronic post tympanic otorrhoea

Chronic otorrhoea in children may indicate primary immunodeficiency. This study found a high prevalence of immune defects in children with persistent ear infections, suggesting further investigation is warranted.

- Monitoring serostatus is crucial for prognosis.
