Summary

Pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) using the 23-gauge (23-G) transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy (TSV) system shows no significant corneal topographic or astigmatic changes in the early postoperative period. This study evaluated corneal power, cylinder, asymmetry, and regularity after PPV with 23-G TSV.
