[Transplantation of a deltoid flap from the shoulder to the face using a microsurgical technique]

An analysis of two clinical observations has shown that using the microsurgical technique allows to simultaneously substitute defects of soft tissues over the implants. The deltoid flap from the shoulder can be used as plastic material for this purpose.
